The Green House Manifesto

The Manifesto is an articulation of the ideas that explain the Green House beliefs, motivations and strategies. It explains how the program works, and it is a never ending process. The document might change over time, and grow organically with the program.

  • Art. This is a site dedicated to art in its many forms, but mainly on the digital media.

  • Free. Art should be free, as should information.

  • Sharing. As art and information should be free, you must be willing to share what you have.

  • Quality. It is always better to focus on quality rather than quantity.

  • Learning. We never cease to learn new things. Therefore, have an open mind, and see what new things you can learn today.

  • Growth. By learning, we grow. Be willing to grow, and harvest ideas.

  • Listen. Listen to others, and be stunned by what they can bring you.

  • Laugh. A smile is contagious, always be prepared to share it with others.

  • Dare to ask. Noone will ever look down on you for asking, and no question is too stupid to be asked.

  • Creativity. Be creative. Come up with good ideas, bad ideas, wild ideas, outrageous ideas.

  • Dare to think. Dare to look outside of the box, to come up with new solutions, and new ideas.

  • Showcase. Dare to show what you have, what you have achieved.

  • Mentor. Dare to be one who shares the knowledge with others. Help others, and be helped in return. Help others, and learn something from teaching.

  • Criticism. Always criticise – give and take. But always make sure that it is constructive criticism – do not fall into the trap of “looks good”. Explain why you like it, what can be better, what you would have done.

  • Honesty. It cannot be said enough times, be honest and true in whatever you do in life.
